Expert in Mail Server for mass Email Marketing -- 2

I am seeking an Emails expert to Setting Up an SMTP Server with IP Rotation to send 100k to 250K emails per day. The job will consist to;
-Configure Sending IPs
-Authenticate Your Domain (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
-Integrate with Email Software
-Configure IP Rotation Settings
