Expert Laravel Developer fixing the subcategories and adding more functionality to the shopping cart

I'm in need of a skilled developer to fix the shop in the Sponzy script. You must put in the title or first sentence (Sponzy v5.5 or Laravel) or I WILL NOT READ YOUR PROPOSAL.

I want to change the shop; I want to change the shipping from fixed price to where the customer adds their address and can pick from USPS or fed ex or ups. Also, the shop section the custom videos need the length of time that the person wants to order.
f. Shipping is dependent on the weight of the item and the location.
g. I need a place to add in the products weight, country, state, zip/postal code. and on some items if it’s a different color, size, manufacture, part number, UPC, scent. All the database entries seem to be there.
h. Right now, the customer can only buy one physical product at a time, the customer should be able to buy as many as they want and add them to their cart.
i. Need an admin section for the shipping.
j. There’s something wrong in the subcategories they are not working. there is something missing or that got changed. trying to add a product the subcategories flashes a message that something is wrong. in model edit blade there are no subcategories at all. and on the main shop page you can pick any category and then a subcategory and it will not go to the subcategory. He added new features to the shop part of the site and either there is a function or curly brace that I missed, or he changed the code.
k. I need nested subcategories 4 deep instead of one subcategory.
I will want a copy of all the changes that are made to the pages and the additions to the database. ONLY THE CHANGES THAT WERE MADE NOT THE ENTIRE SITE.
Proficient in Sponzy script: It's essential that you have prior experience with this particular script and or Laravel to ensure seamless modifications.
