Expert Developer Needed to Fix E-Commerce Site for Launch

I require an expert developer that is familiar with wordpress/woocommerce, speed optimizing and product image sizing for an e-commerce site. Knowledge of XStore Theme is a plus.

1. Design Adjustments
. rebuild front-page with code instead of pagebuilder while allowing some elements of the coded page (pictures, text, etc..) to be customized through wp admin pages section
. Add full width 1920px hero image to frontpage header and video header to about us page.
. rebuild other pages (about, contact us, login, custom registration, etc..) with code instead of pagebuilder while allowing some elements of the coded page (pictures, text, etc..) to be customized through the wp admin pages section
. image optimizations = webp for all images
. re-design footer section according to our direction
. category page = default to rows instead of side by side
. category page sidebar = redesign
. prodview = remove related products, add specs section
2. create a different product view layout for specific products
3. Custom fields for order checkout
Account #, Customer PO#, Date, Sidemark:
4. product image display = thumbnails on category and product view size to match competitor.
5. Improve speed / performance of site on google page insights 90-100%
