Experiencing issues with my system

I am experiencing issues with my system. It is slow, both in the WordPress backend and the frontend. My site has about 30,000 subpages, and more are being added. I would like to optimize the system to make it much faster and achieve better Google rankings.
It is a custom system currently running with WP Rocket, Cloudflare, and Plesk. Everything should be adjusted. The goal is for the pages to run smoothly and quickly without flickering or shifting of individual elements.
Additionally, the DNS should be adjusted because my email is currently not working."
