We need someone who is VERY GOOD in Woocommerce and Wordpress development and provide both back-end and front-end development to implement and customize WooCommerce themes and plugins or optimize existing ones.
We have a system still in development, although most of the CUSTOM development is done. But, their are bugs and issues that need to be fixed.
