Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and timelines.
• Continuously monitor and improve development practices and team processes.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing software development teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Laravel (version 10), Unity (C#), Ionic, and Angular (latest versions).
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions under pressure.

Salary:

• Monthly salary: INR 130,000 - INR 150,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
