We are looking for a systems administrator/developer that can join our growing team. As a systems administrator, you will be responsible for management, administration, and operation of the production IT systems and services. You will work closely with HQ to ensure that all systems and solutions we develop and manage maintain our strict standards on security and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring our integrated office systems for new development and integrity.
Developing new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures for operational reliability.
Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, and patches.
Provide technical support for cloud-related issues and help troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
Document system configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
Create a process manual for daily procedures.
What are we looking for?
BS in Computer Science or similar combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production computing systems operations.
Experience working in computer operations as a systems and network administrator or engineer.
Experience configuring and operating networks in a production environment.
Knowledge in SQL, .NET, VB, C++, JAVA, CSS AND PHP.
Knowledge and experience managing Office 365.
Knowledge and experience with MS Windows and Mac OS.
Knowledge of various authentication and authorizations protocols such as SAML, OAuth, 2FA/MFA, OTP/TOTP, WebAuthn, etc.
Solid understanding of System Security and Security best practices.
