Aura is looking for individuals who are easy to work with, driven, and ready to contribute to a high-performing environment.
We're currently seeking agents with intermediate to professional experience in chatting. (SUBSCRIPTION-BASED)
REQUIREMENTS:
Stable internet connection
PC or laptop capable of running tools (CRM + Tracker) smoothly
Backup for the internet and power
B2-C1+ English proficiency
Prior OFM chatting experience
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
$2.00/hr (TRAINING PHASE)
$2.50-$5.00/hr + 1-5% commission (based on skill level. SCALABLE) - REGULAR
This is a performance-based role. The more sales you generate, the higher your pay earnings.
Payments Biweekly
5-6 working days/week, with 1-2 days off (your choice whether you can work 6 days or 5 days per week)
10-hour shifts (includes a 1-hour paid break)
