Homepage Structure:
Maintain the existing category structure on the homepage.
User Experience:
Implement user registration and offer three subscription options: Free, Premium, and VIP (details in the project brief).
Create a country-sensitive system to adjust currency for membership fees.
Video Server Upgrade:
Integrate the "LiveSmart Server Video" solution (link provided in project brief).
Server and Content Migration:
Select a cost-effective hosting server with a free CDN.
Migrate content from Amazon S3 to the new server and optimize for faster content delivery.
Code Customization and Documentation:
Customize the code to accommodate new features and changes as specified.
Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for code customizations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in PHP development and customizations.
Knowledge of video streaming platforms and related technologies.
