Experienced Laravel and Bootstrap Developer (Monthly Basis)

Looking for an experienced Laravel, Bootstrap developer to extend an existing project through creating APIs in Laravel and some styling updates. The core of the software should be unchanged to allow upgrades from the vendor. Only bid if you have extensive experience with Laravel, MySQL, Ubuntu, Apache, Bitbucket and related technologies. Experience with MS Azure hosting and GCP will be good.
