Requirements:
- Deliver same features as the link above with a modern design similar to Ebay
- Improve existing messaging board to make it similar to Gumtree.com
- Add a 3-level Admin Privileged access
- Complete the project within 30 days from the date of the project being awarded.
- Work with me to ensure all requirements are met.
- No third party languages like Laravel, Cake, WordPress, plugins etc. Just PHP.
Deliverables:
- Clean, commented, and efficient code.
