Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead and guide our development and functional teams in building and enhancing various ERP modules including Inventory, Point of Sale (POS), Quality Control (QC), Production, Service Management, Fixed Assets, and Settings/Configurations. This role requires strong domain expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Inventory, POS, QC, Production, Fixed Assets, and related modules.

Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and priorities based on customer needs and business goals.

Guide cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver features on time and with high quality.

Define functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows for each module.

Lead settings and configurations for each module ensuring flexibility and adaptability across industries.

Ensure integration between modules like Inventory and POS, Production and QC, Service Management and Fixed Assets.

Conduct market research to stay updated with industry standards and competitor products.

Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure features meet functional and quality standards.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for product demos, presentations, and client engagement.

Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and challenges to leadership.

Module-Specific Responsibilities:
Inventory: Guide on stock management, warehousing, stock valuation, and replenishment processes.

Point of Sale (POS): Oversee POS integration with inventory, sales reporting, and payment systems.

Quality Control (QC): Ensure QC processes align with production, handling quality checks, non-conformance, and compliance tracking.

Production: Define workflows for manufacturing, work orders, BOM (Bill of Materials), and shop floor management.

Service Management: Guide on service requests, asset servicing, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and customer issue tracking.

Fixed Assets: Ensure asset tracking, depreciation methods, asset transfers, and compliance with accounting standards.

Settings/Configurations: Define global and module-level configurations to allow custom workflows, permissions, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:
8–12 years of experience in ERP Product Management, with focus on Inventory, Production, POS, and Financial modules.

Strong domain knowledge of business processes in Manufacturing, Retail, or Services industries.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.

Experience with SaaS-based ERP systems, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Excel.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in writing functional specifications, BRDs, and process maps.

Familiarity with AWS, cloud-based deployments, and data security best practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.

Knowledge of AI-driven automation in inventory and production workflows.

Understanding of regulatory compliance (GST, financial reporting, QC standards).
