Experienced Developer for Cross-Platform Digital Signage CMS (Tizen, WebOS, Android, iOS, Windows)

We are looking for an experienced software development team or individual developer to build a Digital Signage Content Management System (CMS) similar to Nowsignage and Ommasign. The CMS will be used primarily in Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and retail businesses, supporting multiple platforms, including Tizen, WebOS, Android, iOS, and Windows.
The CMS should allow users to manage content scheduling, playlists, screen synchronization, and integration with POS systems, queue management, inventory systems, and drive-thru features.
