You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integration flows using Celigo’s Integrator.io platform — ensuring that data moves cleanly, securely, and accurately across our enterprise.
This role blends technical expertise, process awareness, and cross-functional collaboration — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT systems, supply chain, and business enablement.

Integration Development
Build and manage integration flows using Celigo Integrator.io, including triggers, transformations, mappings, and error handling.
Develop custom connectors and scripts as needed for non-standard applications or complex logic (JavaScript proficiency preferred).
Integrate with systems such as NetSuite, Manhattan Scale, BeProduct PLM, Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify, SPS Commerce, and 3PLs.
Solution Architecture
Serve as integration architect across functional areas (IT, Operations, Sales, ECOM, Sourcing).
Design middleware to support real-time data flows (orders, inventory, returns, shipping, customer data).
Maintain a central library of reusable integration templates, mappings, and documentation.
Scalability & Optimization
Support data orchestration for hybrid B2B/B2C fulfillment models, including drop ship and marketplace orders.
Monitor flow performance, proactively manage Celigo environment health, rate limits, and logging.
Assist in integration planning for system migrations (e.g., OMS, PIM, or PLM enhancements).
Change & Support
Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain integration backlogs in Asana.
Partner with internal stakeholders (business, ops, data) to continuously improve processes.
Provide tier 2/3 support for integration failures and work with vendors as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
3+ years experience building and managing integrations on Celigo Integrator.io
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys)
Deep experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems
Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end data flows, map transformations, and optimize processes
Experience in supply chain, ERP, ecommerce, or retail systems integration
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with WMS (Manhattan Scale), OMS (Koerber/Aptos), PLM (BeProduct), PIM, ChannelAdvisor, or SPS Commerce
JavaScript for advanced Celigo scripting and flow customization
Experience with middleware architecture in a multi-entity, multi-brand enterprise
Understanding of CGMP/regulated environment needs (especially for health/wellness/supplement logistics)
Prior work in 3PL, apparel, or wholesale distribution.
