Experienced Administrator and Plugin Deveoploper for open source photo management software PIWIGO

I looking for an expirienced php / database Administrator and Plugin developer for the PHP Web Gallery PIWIGO. As I run a larger photo website with over 150.000 images, the freelancer has to have experiences in PHP and mysql database.
Also the the developer should be able to develope plugin for open source Projects and share those plugin within the community.
My request is also to develop a filter based photo libary navigation based in piwigo.
