Experience with STRIPE, AJAX, PHP, JS and MySQL

I am running a script that is written in raw PHP. It's a payment form that gets filled out by the visitor and payment is sent to STRIPE. Currently, there is 1 tax rate of 5% for all sales and the script is working great.
Using AJAX, I am looking for someone who can write code that overrides the default tax rate of 5%, IF a particular state is selected in the shipping info drop-down list. There's 1 state/province that is 13% tax and 3 states/provinces that are 15% tax. All other states/provinces will remain as is at 5% tax.
You will need to be familiar with PHP, AJAX, JS, MySQL and STRIPE. Experience is really important. I need it done this weekend, so if you are not available Sat Sep 18th or Sun Sep 19th, do not bid.
