Expedient Botpress for Instagram DMs

i want to make a chatbot i need a chatbot to answer Instagram DMs
i want to use Botpress to do that, below are the requirements i want the bot to answer on this type of questions
1. fixed venues (restaurant 1, restaurant 2, etc) client asking about booking or price
- the bot will greet the client using client’s Instagram handle
- the bot will ask for client’s name and phone
- if client gives contact details, bot will send this info by email to an employee (for email we want to send internal email to employees, the emails are not to customers, the email will contain the client’s )
- bot will then send a DM with a relevant phone number to contact (this phone number is different based on the restaurant that was discussed)
- bot will send an image as a message
- bot will send other packages as options as upsell
2. special events and packages (valentine, new year, etc) these events are time based
3. random KB rules and regulations
4. their customers might comment a story. For example comment “price?”
