Expand existing php script for more booking functionality

For a multi-vendor booking calendar I have the option to use one of two existing booking scripts from Envato market. (see attached file).
The task is to create a booking software that will later be integrated via iFrame, API or link on the customer site. The service should be later offered as a SaaS and knows different price models depending on the usage.
Therefore, for multi-vendor capability, an admin panel is required that enables the administration of the software. Each paying customer has additionally the possibility to administrate his own area. However, the customer can book only one booking service (different options) per package.
Basis of the solution should be the Php - Script DEVSTEED which must be extended accordingly. Alternative this script here which should be already multi-vendor capable. ( Appointo)
But alternative solutions are also conceivable as long as they do not mean higher costs.
The core of the software are the booking options shown on the slides. Last two slides show the min. functionality.
