Existing Shopify App - PHP and JavaScript - Bug fix needed

We have a shopify App build in PHP, MySQL and Jquery. The product page displays different product options from our app (screenshot attached) and gets the product options added to the cart. The issues is the pricing doesnt get updates for that product options in the cart. We need a programmer to fix a bug who understands Shopify app and Jquery with Ajax.
