Existing HTML Web pages to C# ASP.NET Web site development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an experienced web developer to enhance my existing C# ASP.NET Web Forms site hosted on GoDaddy.com. Do not bid unless you are going with the bid you stated when you posted your bid. If anyone ask me what's my budget, you will be immediately kicked off the biding process and no further communication will be conducted with you. The requirements are straight forward and expecting that you know how to read.

The improvement requirement:
- Consistent top menu bar: The top menu bar needs to appear uniformly across all web pages, ensuring a common menu component.
- Email capture: Implement functionality to capture email addresses for newsletter requests and save them in a MySQL database.
- Contact form: Modify the contact form so that all fields are captured and saved in the database.
- Shared footer: The web page footer should be a single component shared across all pages.
- Payment integration: Connect the donation page to either Stripe or the GoDaddy credit payment system.

As the site currently has no user authentication, there will be no work required in that area.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Web Forms.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL databases.
- Experience with web development and implementing shared components across web pages.
- Prior experience with integrating payment systems, particularly Stripe.
- Familiarity with GoDaddy's hosting and services.
