Exercise Editor -- 2

I want an editor of excercises, for various modalities (Football, Futsal, Handball, Basket). The idea is to have a editor drag and drop.
Some specifics:
- To be able to choose the background (Field according to the sporting modality);
- List of Various Objects (Ball, Players, Accessories, etc.) according to the chosen sport modality, with drag, drop, resize;
- Record the exercises;
- Possibility to re-edit the exercises.


Subsequently I intend a movement editor with movement. You can send quotation for both:
- Only image
- With movement

This editor will be to integrate into a Laravel or Wordpress platform. I'm still deciding which of 2 to use...
