Excel to PHP Calculator Transformation

I'm seeking a skilled PHP developer with an understanding of arithmetic, statistical, and financial calculations. The task consists of taking an existing Excel calculator that performs a range of calculations including simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), statistical values (mean, median, mode), and financial computations (interest, loan repayment) and converting it to a PHP-based web calculator.
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of PHP programming
- Able to emulate Excel's calculation methods accurately in PHP
- A good understanding of basic arithmetic and statistical calculations, and financial calcualtions is essential
- Solid experience with UI/UX design to ensure the calculator adopts a basic and clean design
- Must be able to complete the project ASAP
