Excel Macro & Zoho CRM Dashboards -- 2
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
My sales team lives inside Zoho CRM, yet our analysis still happens in scattered Excel files. I need someone to close that gap by building robust Excel automations (VBA or Power Query—whichever suits the task) that pull fresh data from Zoho, clean it, and update three live-feed workbooks:
• Sales performance report showing targets vs. actuals, win-rates, and average deal size
• Customer engagement dashboard tracking touchpoints, response times, and retention metrics
• Pipeline report that forecasts revenue by stage and highlights stalled deals
Beyond the data pulls, I want the workbooks to refresh at a click, regenerate charts, and email PDF snapshots to stakeholders on a schedule. Clear, commented code is essential so I can tweak ranges or add fields later. Connection can happen through the Zoho CRM API, ODBC, or Zoho Analytics export—whichever you’re most comfortable with, as long as it stays reliable and secure.
Acceptance criteria
1. One-button (or timed) refresh updates all metrics without manual copy-paste.
2. Dashboards load in under 10 seconds on a standard laptop.
3. Documentation shows how to adjust filters, date ranges, and credentials.
