Exact HTML-to-WordPress Conversion -- 2

I have a fully-designed multi-page HTML site and need it rebuilt as a custom WordPress theme that mirrors the current look and feel down to the last pixel. All colours, typography, spacing, animations and responsive break-points should match the existing code; think of it as lifting the skin and dropping it onto WordPress with zero visual drift.

I’ll be handling the WordPress installation and any server-side setup myself, so your focus is exclusively on producing a clean, lean theme. Please avoid heavy page-builder frameworks—hand-coded PHP, semantic HTML5, CSS (or SCSS), and vanilla JavaScript/jQuery are perfect. The finished product should support the standard WordPress customiser for menus, widgets and logo, but no extra functionality is required at this stage (contact forms, e-commerce, blogs, etc. can come later).

Deliverables:
• Zipped, install-ready custom theme (and child theme if you build one)
• Any custom functions or template files required for accurate rendering
• A brief README detailing theme options and where to place assets
