Events CRM

Hello! I'm looking for some help in creating a robust Events CRM to track enqs and sales funnels, as well as sending out briefs to venues and reporting on the results. The set up must be cloud-based and allow access to between 5 and 10 people. While I don't need any specific features, I do have a few ideas that I'd like to explore in the development of this CRM. If you have the expertise needed to create an efficient and comprehensive CRM for my events business, I would love to explore further with you.
I would like to be able to enter client info and brief, send out brief to multiple venues at the same time. Track the venues responses and collate this into a presentation to send out to client.

Then track suppliers quotes, invoices and payments and track clients payments.
Have CRM system generate reports, commission and sales reports and set reminders for follow up
