Need some one to setup Form for a event registration it will have some conditional questions based on logic.
Prefer Google Form to use .
Based on the entry done by user . QR code should generate with some fields of user response like
Name
Mobile
Email
Event Participation
Ticket Number
This QR code should show after submission of form to get print on user screen and also emailed on user email id and admin email id along with some other text.
This will be plugged to Wordpress Website.
