My name is Innocent and i run a small startup IT company. We/I am looking for a developer for a system called Evaluation Facility Portal. This project is an idea that we have proposed to a client and they want a proof of concept before they can heavily invest in it.
The system will be web-based that aims to help manage the various program/project evaluations and projects still on going. The web portal will have dynamic functionality and comprehensive data warehousing capabilities that allow the client to reach the evaluation fraternity through the provision of a one-stop online center.
This center will allow for easy storage and archival of all evaluations. It will also allow for easy sorting, access and searching of all assessments and studies by projects, timeline, area, implementing agency, so on. It will also enable the client and other stakeholders easily access all evaluations, attached relevant documents, track implementation of the evaluations recommendations, and establish trends over several years through various assessments.
Additionally, this will assist various stakeholders to easily refer to previous evaluation reports and recommendations, hence ensuring that recommendations and action points from previous evaluations are followed through and implemented.
