Etsy API Project (.Net)

I am looking for a .Net developer to help me with an Etsy API project. The main functionality I need is shop and listing management. Here are some more details about the project:

Specific functionality needed:
- Shop and listing management using the Etsy API (3.0)
- This API project needs to connect to given (credentials will be supplied) and create, retrieve,update listings.
- Create listings via API (especially digital download items) without having access to etsy UI.

Existing code:
- I do not have any existing code to work with, so I will need new code to be developed for this project

Timeline:
- I need the project to be completed within a week

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in .Net development
- Experience working with APIs, specifically the Etsy API
- Knowledge of shop and listing management on Etsy
- Ability to deliver high-quality code within tight deadlines
