Ethereum smart contract to sell my company shares with bitcoin

I would like to create a new Ethereum smart contract to sell portion of my company shares.
I will accept bitcoin from users to sell my company crypto currency.
Users must be able to receive their coin to there account once they paid by BTC and it was confirmed.
Will need you to create front-end with PHP with a simple ICO page. (Design can be bought from themeforest and others)
