Estimation Software -- 2

We are looking for a software developer to create a customizable estimation software for our existing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing software for Windows operating system. The software should have the following features:
- Customizable templates for estimates
- Ability to perform basic calculations
- Software should be downloadable
- User management and control
-Shall work on license key issued
- Material Master data base (Construction, mechanical, fabrication,electrical,HVAC etc)
- Labour hour estimation based on item and qty selected
- Quotations managemnt
- Customers management
- Block diagram from pre build items
- email integration
- Integration with other software is not required at this time.

Estimation to be done for Electric House and Cold storages. List of items or bom attached.
