Error with Elementor and Website removed some functions of the website

I recently transferred my website over to a new server. Unfortunately, with the transfer, an entire section of the theme did not transfer over.

Now Elementor had to be disabled for the website to work.

I need to resolve this Elementor issue and figure out how an entire feature/section is missing from the theme.
