Error on website related to scss

I have a Wordpress website where the header has stopped looking and working correctly. I have lots of additional css inputted into the theme options and it doesn't seem to be calling it anymore. Someone looked at it and told me they believe the issue is with scss.

I believe it is related to the template. When I go into template options it gives me the following error:
