Error in webmail Go Daddy to be resolved - Web Developer Required

I am in need of a web developer who can resolve an error with my webmail on Go Daddy.

Specific Requirements:
- The error I am experiencing is that my email is not sending or receiving properly.
- I am using Outlook as my email client.
- The issue is occurring on multiple devices.
- Unable to send Email via webmail / outlook
