Error 500 Vtiger 6.5 PHP 5.6 on AWS WHM CPANEL

Note that I have an installation of vtiger versión 6.5 on a server on php 5.6 and a colleague updated the system to php 8.1 and the system configuration was lost and the profile, is not saved, and all PHP 5.6 and its extensions are uninstalled, I would like to know if you can recover the configuration by installing the version ioncube which corresponds I don't know what it is =( and I don't know what php extensions to be installed. Can you help us with that.
can you use Team viewer? I have it installed so you can access?

In the log I see this, but I don't understand why, although I have put php56 in php.ini, php7.2 routes appear:
