Erpnext installment and modification

we would like to install the open source ERPnext with all its plugins and retail extensions to our domain , add some modifications to modules , change appearance design ( design is fro us ) and add languages , note that this project is an ingoing project that will have many vases and milestones and longterm relation , developer can use his team but we wont accept any companies in this project
