Equine dentistry software

Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a software system for an equine dentistry practice.
It will work much like a vets office software. Have clients with their animals (patients) the patients will have visits which will create an invoice. It will need a reminder system, A controlled substance log, reporting ability. Interrrste with Zoho books and quick books. Be able to charge the client in the system with the card on file and so on. It will have to be able to work in or out of cell range and sync when back in range.
I’m looking to make this available to other equine dentists and other equine professionals for a monthly subscription.
