Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced Perfex CRM developer to customize my Perfex CRM system to improve reporting, invoicing, and tax options. The key focus is on modifying the profit calculation logic and adding essential features to invoices, purchases, and expenses.
Requirements:
1. Fix Profit Calculation in Reports
Perfex CRM currently calculates profit incorrectly. The issue:
If I purchase 100 qty for ₹10,000 and sell 2 pcs for ₹300, the system calculates profit as 10,000 - 300 = ₹9,700, which is wrong.
Correct method:
Per item purchase price = ₹10,000 / 100 = ₹100
Per item selling price = ₹150
Profit = (150 - 100) * 2 = ₹100
Modify the profit calculation logic to use per-item cost instead of total purchase cost.
2. HSN Code in Invoice Rows
Add an HSN Code field in invoice rows for both Sales and Tax Invoices.
3. Multiple Invoice Types
Currently, there is only one Sales Invoice type.
Need an additional invoice type called Tax Invoice.
4. Tax Options (Inclusive & Exclusive)
Currently, the system supports only tax-inclusive pricing.
Need an option to select either Tax-Inclusive or Tax-Exclusive pricing when creating invoices.
5. Copy Invoice/Purchase/Expenses
Add a Copy feature for invoices, purchase entries, and expenses.
When copying:
The system should allow updating the date and specific fields, while keeping the rest of the data unchanged.
