Enhancing Default Woocommerce Product Reviews & Rating Structure

We need to make some improvements default Woocommerce product review structure. Please see the details below:
- Rating Structure: we need to develop a rating structure, which is for getting average rate for the product. It may have 3 or 4 indicator (for ex; price, quality, material) for the average rating.
- Converting Default Woocommerce Review Form: we need to implement new structure to the default review form. Currently, it shown as a "tab" on the frontend product view page. We have PSD designs for it.
- All Reviews & Ratings Page: We need to display all reviews & ratings on a static page, with the shortcode or something else. Also, we may need to develop sorting and filters for all reviews listing page. We have PSD design for it as well.
- Getting & Sending Reviews Through Network (not multisite): We have 10+ seperate store for our brand and we have a custom build structure (a custom plugin for API integration between our other sites) on our Woocommerce stores. They have API integration between them, for product data and the order data. We may use same plugin also for reviews with adding feature for reviews. Also, we can develop something else only for reviews. Sending and getting review should be instantly between the shops. We can map the products by their SKU's, due to they all have same SKU's on all stores. Also, due to our stores has different languages, we may need to use an auto-translate function or 3rd party API to show review on the frontend. I have some examples for this feature.
