Enhancements to Managed WordPress Educational Platform

## Project Overview
We have an existing Managed WordPress website for **GetAdvisor**, an international education platform with a custom **Partners Dashboard**.
The platform currently includes:
* Public website
* Partners Dashboard
* Student management
* University/program listings
* Student application submission
* Application tracking
We are expanding the platform to support both **Study Abroad** and **Training & Development** services.
This is **not** a new website. We require enhancements to the existing platform while preserving the current functionality.

# Scope of Work
## 1. Enable Forgot Password Functionality
Enable and fully test the **Forgot Password** feature for the Partners Dashboard.
Requirements:
* Partners should be able to reset their password via email.
* Ensure password reset emails are delivered successfully.
* Test the complete password reset process.

## 2. Rename "Agents Portal" to "Partners Portal"
Replace all visible occurrences of:
**Agents Portal**
with
**Partners Portal**
This change should only affect the displayed text and must not impact any existing functionality.

## 3. Restructure the Platform
The platform should be divided into two independent service modules.
### Module 1 – Study Abroad
This module will continue using the existing application workflow and should include:
* English Language
* Bachelor's
* Postgraduate (rename the current Master's category)
* PhD (new category)
The existing student application workflow should remain intact.

### Module 2 – Training & Development
Create a new **Training & Development** module.
Requirements:
* Add **Training & Development** as a new main navigation item in the website header.
* Clicking it should open a dedicated page.
* This module should have its own categories, filters, and enrollment workflow.
* It must remain completely separate from the Study Abroad module.
This section will be used for:
* Professional Certificates
* Workshops
* Executive Education
* Corporate Training
* Government Training
* Technical Courses
* Short Courses
* Other professional learning programs

## 4. Create a Separate Training & Development Enrollment Workflow
The Training & Development module must **not** use the existing student application workflow.
Instead, create a separate enrollment process specifically designed for professionals and trainees.
The workflow should include fields such as:
* Trainee Information
* Company / Organization (optional)
* Training Provider
* Course Selection
* Preferred Intake / Training Date (if applicable)
* Enrollment Status
Unlike university applications, this workflow should not require academic documents such as transcripts, academic certificates, personal statements, or recommendation letters unless specifically required for a particular course.
The objective is to keep both workflows completely independent while allowing users to access them from the same Partners Dashboard.

Update the dashboard to support both modules.
Partners should clearly see two separate sections:
* Study Abroad
* Training & Development
Each section should have its own workflow, records, and management screens while sharing the same login account.

## 6. Administrator Email Notifications
Implement automatic email notifications to the administrator.
The system should automatically send an email whenever:
* A new student is added.
* A Study Abroad application is submitted.
* A new trainee is added.
* A Training & Development enrollment is submitted.
Each notification should include:
* Partner name
* Student/Trainee name
* University or Training Provider
* Program/Course
* Date and time
* Direct link to review the submission (if available)
Emails should be sent immediately after the action is completed.

* Display training videos for partners.
* Administrators should be able to upload and manage videos from the WordPress backend.

* Only logged-in partners should have access.
* Match the existing dashboard design.
