Enhance Shopify Contact Form Functionality

I'm looking for a skilled developer to refine my existing Shopify contact form. The main enhancement:
• Include a vertical bar (|) as a delimiter at the end of each field in the email sent via the submit form. Not visible to the end user. This is so i can power automate the data into a SharePoint list.
Your expertise in Shopify and understanding of form field delimitation will be extremely useful for this job. Experience with email marketing services integration would also be advantageous. The finished form should trigger email notifications for new submissions and allow customization of form fields. To ensure consistent alignment with our systems, the implemented solutions must be compatible with third-party email marketing services.
