- Automating Lead Generation: Generates prospects consistently.
- Deal Analysis Automation: Offers insightful analysis of potential investments.
- Setting up Follow-up Reminders: Prompts to engage with leads at optimal times.
- Contract, Letter, Offer, Email Generation: Streamline communication and paperwork.
- Performing Financial Calculations: Assists in decision-making.
Furthermore, the CRM should be integrated with:
- Podio Apps: Seamless workflow with other applications in the Podio ecosystem.
The system should be able to track and manage:
