Enhance PHP API App with New Functions
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require an experienced developer to upgrade my existing API app written in PHP, that adds new information into our PSA/CRM/Ticket system with four new functions. These notably include the ability to:
1. Create Clients/lookup: This function needs to be built to collect and store vital client information, such as Name, Email, Phone number, Address, and notes. There are existing API connections to complete this.
2. Make a Ticket: With this, tickets are expected to be created effectively capturing crucial data like the Ticket Title and Description. This will only be seen by a call center agent; this will ask the agent a set of questions to set up the ticket as needed.
3. Book an Appointment: After the agent makes the ticket in step 2, they need to then be taken to an appointment page that, will suggest an appointment time (3 times over the next few working days) with a refresh button.
4. Set Up a Deposit: This function is critical, necessitating a secure and smooth process for deposit setup.
