Engaging Interactive PDF Creator

I'm looking for an expert who can create impressive interactive forms for boosting engagement with my customers. so to be clear i want you to take the pdf that i would sent ... stylize it make it look nicer and cleaner essentially make it shine / jump off the page. Then there are four green circles, for each green circle when the user drag their mouse over the circle i want jpegs of screenshots to appear in the fore ground of the pdf
essentially this is stylizing the pdf and introducing mouse rollover interactive
Ideal Skills for this project:
