End-user dashboard mods & layout of a travel Wordpress website

Need your help on finalizing a website ASAP with editing the end-user account dashboard, we need users to be profiled with badges for the amount of trips they've done.. and'll be able to provide you with the names of the badges afterward... Additionally, we would like to have the number of trips shown on the end-user acc dashboard.
I also need to improve the user interface & making logo colors to match the entire website layout, and last but not least make sure the website is all in French!
The budget of this project cannot surpass 70$
