Encryption Expert Needed

I have a website that I forgot my password to, now I’m locked out. It never used to be encrypted but then I added that layer a year ago so I cannot download the database to view it.

Is there a way that I can setup a link system to email me a link to reset my password or can I decrypt somehow?

I am the only super admin so no one else can login to retrieve my account either
