Encode PHP

I want three files: test1.php, test2.php, and test3.php. The test1.php file is to include test2.php and test2.php is to include test3.php. Put some PHP variables in each of these files. The file test2.php should contain a JSON string variable. I want test1.php to dump out all variables. The file test2.php is to be encoded (the code itself) so that it not readable nor can it easily be converted back to source code. I need documentation on how you encoded the file so I can reproduce the result. I also need the non-encoded PHP code for test2.php; you can name this test4.php. This is an easy project so lowest bid wins. I must be 100% satisfied with the results. I will have another programmer inspect your code and his satisfaction is also required.
