Enabling autocomplete with remote datasource (Public REST API, JSON) for WordPress / Gravity Forms, e.g. via JQuery
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
A specific text field in a pre-existing Gravity Forms form on a WordPress 5.8 install is to be filled by means of Javascript autocomplete and a remote datasource (a PHP script yielding a JSON output, publicly accessible via internet via a non-restricted REST API (GET).
We understand this may conveniently be achieved using a JQuery autocomplete plugin such as EasyAutocomplete ( http://easyautocomplete.com/example/duckduckgo-ajax-api ). Any required custom server-sided code (PHP) would have to be furnished as well.
If this project can be completed without friction, there may be a subsequent job relating to a similar Gravity form and autocompletion again (filling of multiple, partially nested fields, making use of a restricted, commercial API).
We will gladly provide more detailed information regarding the project upon request.
