Enable php7.3-soap

Hello,
I have a wordpress plugin that needs php-soap enable to work.
My website is hosted with php7.3-fpm and nginx in a digitalocean machine.
When I run : sudo apt-get install php7.3-soap
the error is
E: Failed to fetch https://packages.sury.org/php/pool/main/p/php7.3/php7.3-soap_7.3.18-1+0~20200515.59+debian8~1.gbp12fa4f_amd64.deb HttpError404
I added a repository and now the site is down.
I need this solved today
