Employee Travel Portal -- 2

We are looking to offer travel and travel related reimbursement management as part of our bouquet of services to customers. Tech stack used is PHP (Laravel), MongoDB, HTML/CSS, Jquery. For reference you can look up to mybiz.makemymtrip.com or spotnana.com or tripactions.com. This module should seamlessly link with our existing website (user database, etc.). It's like any travel portal, however with customizations like setting up employee policies for flight, hotel, cab booking, etc. So, employees can book only according to set policies for hotel, flights, cab, etc. Any booking outside of policy goes through an approval workflow to designated people. Travel API (to fetch data of Flights, Hotels, Cab, etc.) will be provided for these bookings and vendor needs to integrate this along with development of travel portal. Scope includes designing a simple to use portal (UX/UI), coding, testing, and launching as a seamless extension of current website along with integration of payment gateway. Our internal tech team can help where necessary for integration with our main website.

We prefer companies (not individual freelancers) who have worked in travel vertical before and can provide 2-3 contacts as references for the same. B2E portal experience will be preferred. Companies that can depute employees in our office for the duration of project in Mumbai will be further preferred
