I need a Database Management Portal for Employees that provides comprehensive service-related information and database insights. The portal should encompass:
- Information Types: Employee records, Service history, and Database performance metrics.
- Access: Role-based access to ensure data security and privacy.
- Usability: A user-friendly interface that accommodates mobile compatibility.
The most critical feature of this portal is its Role-based access. This system must be secure, accessible, and easy to navigate for all employees. Existing Data uploading:
1. The admin / super admin uploads the employee data using existing Excel / CSV, and based on the employee ID user can sign up by searching their name from the database. And fill in the remaining information. After that employee can upload the document user different heads. After uploading, the admin can approve them. After approval, all documents are in their documents.
2. The admin can upload any document that is available for select or all employees. So that the employee can view, download, and print.
3. Employee can create their job life timeline from the joining to the current date.
